Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) Program
At Oasis Staffing & Fostering, we understand that many young adults with autism require dedicated support to thrive. Our Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) Program is designed to provide stable fostering homes along with life skills training to help youth transition smoothly into adulthood and live fulfilling lives.
We strive to offer young adults on the autism spectrum a nurturing environment that supports emotional well-being, independence, and personal growth. Our homes and programs are focused on offering the guidance and stability needed during the critical transition to adulthood, ensuring that day-to-day challenges are met with understanding and empathy.
The transition from youth to adulthood can be challenging, especially for individuals on the autism spectrum. Many young adults face difficulties due to a lack of adequate support services tailored to their needs. That’s why we introduced the TAY Program—specifically for young adults aged 18 and above living with autism or other developmental challenges who have recently aged out of care until they find permanent placement.
Our goal is to bridge the gap by providing transitional homes and services that offer stability, support, and preparation for a successful future. During their time with us, clients are provided with the skills and guidance they need to source permanent and supportive housing.
Our approach at Oasis is client-centered, recognizing each individual’s unique strengths and needs. By working closely with our clients, we identify their specific requirements and create personalized plans that best support their journey toward independence and lasting success.
